Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
Internal and external communication and coordination of production orders to ensure the smooth completion of production plans.
生产订单内外部沟通与协调，确保生产计划顺利完成。
Monitor production output and capacity to ensure delivery targets are met.
监控生产产量和产能，确保完成交付目标。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
• According to the sales order and production status, the daily material and production plan preparation, tracking and feedback, according to the order changes in time to adjust the plan.
根据销售订单及生产状况，日常的物料与生产计划编制、跟踪和反馈，根据订单变化及时调整计划。
• Track production progress, feedback and improve the situation that affects the progress in the production process, meet customer needs, and ensure that finished products are put into storage on time.
跟踪生产进度，反馈并改善生产过程中影响进度的情况，满足客户需求，确保产成品按时入库。
• Reasonable inventory control of raw materials and finished products.
合理的原材料与成品的库存控制。
• Coordinate the working relationships of sales, procurement, production, warehouse, etc., and comply with the departmental workflow and management procedures.
统筹协调销售、采购、生产、仓库等工作关系，遵守部门工作流程与管理程序。
• Statistically summarize the completion rate of the test production plan, report the abnormal situation in the order implementation process in a timely manner, and formulate an improvement plan.
统计汇总测试生产计划完成率，订单实施过程异常状况及时报告并制定改善计划。
• Production data statistics, complete production reports as required.
生产数据统计，按要求完成生产报告。
• Other planning activities assigned by manager.
上级经理交办的其他事项。
Know-How 知识
• Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
• At least 3 years of experience in area of Planning/Material/Order Delivery/Supply Chain in manufacturing companies.
生产制造公司计划/材料/订单交付/供应链领域至少有 3 年的经验。
• Familiar with ERP or SAP.
熟悉ERP或SAP。
Skills技能
• Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，有效沟通能力。
• Good Computer skills in Excel.
熟练使用Excel。
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
工作积极主动，有上进心，能承受工作压力。 |
