Gerneral Purpose：
Provide technical support to SAP users.
为SAP用户提供技术支持
Main Task:
1.Support SAP key user / user, by creating SAP work instruction and providing continuous training.
支持SAP的关键用户/用户,负责编写SAP操作指导书并提供持续的培训.
2.Support in resolving daily SAP Incidents and Requests.
支持SAP日常使用过程中的问题和请求
3.Provide SAP support for process improvement projects.
在流程优化项目中提供SAP支持.
4.Be responsible for contact with Central IT team and external SAP consulting company to set up and coordinate for SAP projects.
负责与集团IT以及外部SAP咨询公司沟通,启动并协调SAP相关项目.
5.Coordinate training, testing, and other activities related to the rollout of SAP S/4HANA.
协助实施SAP S/4HANA上线的培训和测试等工作
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor according to business requirements.
根据业务需求完成直接主管分配的其他任务.

1.Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering 本科或以上学历
2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
