Within the sales operation team the role is responsible for 4 main tasks:
1.Coordination for Export
- Coordination and alignment with Export market/Sales about their requirements and plan
- Facilitate the regular intercompany transfer price process with Controller and fulfill the transfer price calculation per each export purchase order received from TW/TAT (HQ)
- Check and finalize technical specification of export purchase order
- Track the availabilities of PO with reserved machines slots
- Regular meetings with HQ for the orders execution and stock review
- Perform reports/ analysis
2.Order handling and order fulfillment – focus export
- Creation and processing of SAP sales orders and maintenance of all order details in SAP for the assigned countries/subsidiaries
- Tracking and coordination of daily order fulfillment in alignment with after sales, production, warehouse, finance, etc.
- Coordinate with TW/TAT (HQ), the forwarders and agencies for machines export delivery fulfilment
- Monthly shipment forecast and daily tracking
-Monthly inventory outlook and daily tracking
3.E2Q Key User
- Project coordinator for the E2Q system implementation – includes attending Group Key User Trainings, developing a training concept for the local users & supporting on the escalation cases
- Support Sales on the quotation and technical specification clarification before order created to create E2Q quotations
- Training of internal functions and new sales persons for the system
- System maintenance and further development of the system functions
4.Business Process Owner for Order fulfillment
- Analyze existing process and identify process improvement potentials
- Implement process standards and IT Tools for process efficiency and effectiveness (DMS; order details, SAP Interface) in cooperation with HQ and internal functions
- Support on delivery planning and order reporting
- Perform reports / analysis to create transparency in the OF process
5.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |

1.Bachelor or preferred master’s degree in business administration, business engineering or Mathematics
2.Experience in similar position or sales environment (manufacturing is a plus)
3.3-5 years of working experience in similar position
4.Strong knowledge of SAP system
5.Good analytical skills
6.Project management experience and structured and reliable working style
7.Good communication skills in cross-functions and multi-cultural environment
8.Affinity for processes and IT systems
9.Very strong English skills in verbal and written
10.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. |
