主要工作职责： Job responsibilities: 1. 挤出机模型设计，并完善设备的配件手册。 Extruder model design and improve the equipment accessories manual. 2. 对客户提出的需求进行评估，并进行针对性的设计和开发。 Evaluate customer requirements, design and develop accordingly. 3. 根据客户和服务的反馈，协助制造工程师对挤出机现存的问题进行改善，从而提升设备的质量状况，赢得市场的认可。 According to customer and service team’s feedback, assist manufacturing engineer to improve the existing problems extruder, improve the quality of machine, Win the market recognition. 4. 协助生产&工程经理进行挤出机的配件开发，优化设计降低制造成本，增强市场竞争力。 Assist production & engineering manager to develop accessories for extruder, optimize design to reduce the manufacturing cost, enhance the market competitiveness. 5. 根据供应商的资质进行评估与筛选，协助采购完成供应商的开发工作。 Evaluate and screen suppliers according to their qualification, assist the purchaser to complete supplier development. 6. 技术资料的管理：根据实际需求，完成图纸设计并建立资料库保存和管理相关文件。 Technical documentation management: According to the actual requirements, complete drawing design and establish database to save and manage related documents. 7. 项目支持：对于需要提供整线方案的项目，协助销售进行上下游配套设备的开发，指导并监督分包商完成客户现场的安装工作。 Project support: For the projects that need to provide the Whole line solution, assist the sales to develop the upstream and downstream supporting equipment, guide and supervise the subcontractors to complete the installation task on the customer site. 8. 公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. |

任职资格： Qualification: 1. 大学本科及以上学历，机电类专业为佳。 Bachelor degree or above major in engineering, mechanical and electrical. 2. 英语听、说、读、写熟练。 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 3. 3年以上机械设计工作经验，有橡塑机械设计经验优先。 Better than 3 years’ experience of mechanical design. Experience in rubber and plastic machinery design is preferred. 4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD 3D设计，office等办公软件。独立完成机械部件的2D和3D图纸设计工作。 Gain proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design, Micro office, etc. software. Complete 2&3D drawing design of mechanical parts independently. 5. 从事过非标设备的设计工作，有能力完成电机、真空泵等标准部件的选型任务。 Engaged in non-standard equipment design work, have the ability to complete the motor, vacuum pump and other standard parts selection work. 6. 熟练掌握3D设计软件，Inventor设计软件优先考虑。 Familiar with 3D design software，Inventor is a plus. 7. 能适应短期出差并在设备现场工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 8. 沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. |
