| 工作描述： |
Job Description: 1. be familiar with customized furniture business flow from end to end. 熟悉定制家具各端口的业务流程。 2. be familiar with CRM, OMS, MES and related customized furniture information system implementation; be familiar with C# and SQL server database, Ali cloud is plus. 熟悉CRM、OMS、MES等相关定制家具信息系统实施;熟悉C#、SQL server数据库和阿里云优先考虑。 3. Responsible for building the company's project-based system platform about customized furniture solution and addressing related business requirements. 负责构建公司基于项目的家具定制解决方案系统平台，解决相关业务需求。 4. To design operating and production systems; to drive and support implementation of lean improvement activities on the shop floor and along the value stream; to improve the energy efficiency of manufacturing operations. 设计公司运营和生产的系统平台；快速和业务部门沟通有价值的系统流程的优化；提高制造作业的工作效率。 5. Partner with external consultant team for business design and business optimization. 与外部顾问团队合作进行业务设计和业务优化。 6. Actively cooperates with team to work on projects. 积极配合团队完成项目。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, advanced degree preferred. 3+ years solid working experience in customized furniture implementation project. With experience in information projects with branded furniture enterprises are preferred 本科及以上学历，计算机或工程专业。3年以上家具定制实施项目工作经验。有品牌家具企业信息化项目经验者优先。 2. Experience with solid IT background of software, can work independently of MES system operation in whole plant. 具有扎实的软件IT背景，能够独立完成整个工厂MES系统的操作。 3. Strong knowledge in business process standardization and re-engineering. Experience in information management projects in the production and manufacturing industry, with business inventory and processes such as intelligent manufacturing for customized furniture enterprises preferred. 在业务流程标准化和再造方面有较强的知识。有生产制造行业信息化管理项目经验，有家具定制企业智能制造等业务库存和流程经验者优先。 4. Proven capability to complete, develop and manage manufacturing related system. 具备完善、开发和管理制造相关系统的能力。 5. Familiar with customized furniture industry software such as Kujiale, WCC, etc. 熟悉酷家乐、WCC等定制家具行业软件。 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. 优秀的沟通、谈判和协调能力。 |
