- Maintain the existing customers & business.维护现有客户和业务。 - Develop potential customers & new business continuously.不断开发潜在客户和新业务。 - Market survey via customers, fairs, internet and other information channel.通过客户、展会、互联网和其他信息渠道进行市场调查。 - Relative Competitor analysis ( collect competitors information).相对竞争对手分析（收集竞争对手信息）。 - Account receivable follow-up & avoid overdue AR occurs.应收账款跟进，避免应收账款逾期。 - File administration, normal forms. 文件管理，正常形式。 - Quotation and price negotiation skills.报价和价格谈判技巧。 - Contract evaluation and signature organization.合同评估和签署机构。 - Customer’s satisfaction monitoring & achievement.客户满意度监控和实现。 - Coordinate relative departments for Customer’s complaint.协调相关部门处理客户投诉。 - Improve the technic knowledge and market skill for relative industry continuously.不断提高相关行业的技术知识和市场技能。 - Work on SAP for forecast, sample order, price, etc.在SAP上进行预测、样品订单、价格等工作。 - Work on CRM for RFQs, activities, etc.为RFQ、活动等开展CRM工作。 - Coordinate between customer and internal responsible departments. To transfer customer’s requirements into internal departments timely and to provide necessary services for customers accordingly.协调客户和内部责任部门。及时将客户的要求传递到内部部门，并相应地为客户提供必要的服务。 - Monitor the actual sales situation of each customer and make preliminary analysis or necessary actions properly.监控每个客户的实际销售情况，并进行初步分析或采取必要的措施。 |
