1.负责生产现场异常质量问题的分析、判断并做出处理决定。 Responsible for the analysis, judgment and treatment decision of abnormal quality problems at the production site. 2.负责对质量问题提出纠正和预防措施，确保生产的受控、稳定的状态下进行。 Responsible for proposing corrective and preventive measures for quality problems to ensure that production is carried out in a controlled and stable state. 3、负责制定检验规范，确保质量检验方法正确，检验结果可靠。 Responsible for formulating inspection specifications to ensure that the quality inspection methods are correct and the inspection results are reliable. 4、负责运用统计技术，负责对现场质量问题进行收集、统计、分析和反馈。 Responsible for the use of statistical technology, responsible for the collection, statistics, analysis and feedback of on-site quality problems. 5、负责内部质量信息的传递、对外质量信息的反馈、顾客反馈问题的处理和改进工作。 Responsible for the transmission of internal quality information, feedback of external quality information, and handling and improvement of customer feedback. 6、负责质量问题的跟踪解决，督促和协调各部门解决质量问题的进度。 Responsible for the tracking and solving of quality problems, supervise and coordinate the progress of various departments to solve quality problems. 7、负责来料、过程、成品的质量严格把关；不能让不良流入下一环节。 Responsible for the strict quality control of incoming materials, processes and finished products; Don't let bad things flow into the next link. 8、负责对质量问题建立管理表进行管理，并按月、周出具质量报表并进行统计分析。 Responsible for the establishment of management tables for quality problems, and issue quality reports and statistical analysis on a monthly and weekly basis. 9、质量主管安排的其他工作 Other tasks assigned by quality supervisor . |
