| 工作描述： |
1. At new production development stage, support planning develop the new project在新产品开发阶段，支持计划开发新项目: 1.1 Measuring feasibility study测量可行性研究 1.2 Create quality control plan, inspection plan and related WI. 制定质量控制计划、检验计划及相关的WI 1.3 Measuring devices capability evaluation. 测量设备性能评估 1.4 PPAP file summary. PPAP文件汇总 1.5 Development process audit. 开发过程审核 1.6 Training operator and inspector. 培训操作工和检验员 2. Handle the customer complaints, analysis the root cause, provide the 8D report and other customer services, such as provide required data and report to customer, handle the rejections from customer…etc. 处理客户投诉，分析根本原因，提供8D报告和其他客户服务，如提供所需数据和报告给客户，处理客户的不合格品等。 3. In-process quality control, such as trace the status of non-conforming handle sheet reply, confirm and analysis the issues in production process…etc. 过程质量控制，如跟踪不合格品处理单回复情况，对生产过程中出现的问题进行确认和分析等 4. Manufacture process audit. Trace the actions plan and provide the close evidence to auditor. 制造过程审核。跟踪行动计划并向审核员提供详细证据 5. Finish the requalification as the plan. 按照计划完成再确认 6. Calibrate the gauge according to drawing frequently. 根据图纸校准量规 7. Finish other actions and requirements defined in SFM or weekly, monthly meeting. 完成SFM或周、月会议中规定的其他行动和要求 |
