| 工作描述： |
1.遵守公司的各项规章制度. Obey the regulations in KL. 2.明确小组生产任务和目标,合理安排各项检验任务. Production tasks and goals explicit for group, any reasonable arrangements for inspection tasks. 3.按照生产作业规范进行生产,能正确理解各项分选检验标准和判断各类缺陷. Production operations according to production specifications, can understand all inspection standards for sorting and estimate all kinds of defects. 4.成品检验和不合格品的记录和报告及收集归档. Final inspection for finished parts and the record & report for Non-nonconforming parts and archiving. 5.会正确操作使用相关测量和分选工具及设备, 并负责对使用的检测设备和器具维护保养使其处于良好状态并能及时报修. Can use the measuring tools and equipment for sorting correctly and responsible for the maintenance of measuring equipment in good condition, submit the service requirement in time. 6.正确填写各类报表, 按时准确完成各生产数据输入. Fill in all kinds of report forms correctly,input the production data exactly in time. 7.生产过程中发现问题时应及时上报给上级主管确认处置方法. In case of some problems in process that must report to production supervisor in time. 8.按5S要求放置产品和物品, 监督小组工作区域的卫生情况以确保清洁,有序. Place the parts and articles according to the requirement of 5S, monitor the sanitation status working area in team and in charge of keeping it clean and tidy. 9.团队合作. Team work. 10.遵守劳动防护和安全生产规章. Keep the labor protection and safety production regulations. 11.其它临时任务, Other temporary tasks. |
