- Deal with quality problems with products internal/customer facing and getting involved in field quality problem solution 处理产品内部或客户面临的质量问题，并参与现场质量问题的解决 - Organize unqualified meeting; draw up, follow up and implement corrective and preventive measures 组织不合格会议;纠正和预防措施的制定、跟踪和实施 - Examine technology discipline observance. Instruct quality inspectors to make correct in section/test and improve inspection/test methods constantly 检查技术纪律遵守情况。指导质检员在分段/试验中做出正确的工作，不断改进检验/试验方法 - Work out process audit plan and organize implementation 制定过程审核计划并组织实施 - May also be required to support PPAP for new projects or engineering changes 新项目或工程变更可能也需要支持PPAP - Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy 掌握环境卫生安全应急知识，具备风险识别能力，正确穿戴个人防护装备，正确使用现场安全设施，做好垃圾分类，节约能源 - Customer special requirements submission tasks 客户特殊要求的提交任务 At the supervisor’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company business. 根据主管的要求，员工必须执行与该职位相符合的或者公司业务所必须的其它任务。 |

Critical Competency 关键的能力 - Good in Microsoft o365 熟练使用微软办公软件 - Analytical thinking & problem solving skills 分析思维和解决问题的能力 - Knowledge on handling IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements 了解IATF 16949和ISO 14001要求 Required Education & Experience 教育背景及工作经验 - Bachelor degree or above, engineering background 工程或相关专业大学本科学历 - 3+ years related experience in automobile industry, a foreign investment company is preferred 3年以上相关行业背景，外资企业背景优先 - Familiar or trained APQP method and quality management tools is preferred 熟悉或接受过APQP方法，五大质量管理工具培训者优先 - Familiar with MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, quality method 熟悉汽车行业五大工具：测量系统分析(MSA)，产品质量先期策划(APQP)，潜在失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)，统计过程控制(SPC)和生产件批准(PPAP)，8D报告鱼骨图5Y分析法等 |
