Basic Knowledge & Skills 基本技能和素质 1) Knowledge in data inputting for warehouse & logistics related熟悉仓库及物流部相关数据输入 2) Be familiar with ERP system熟练操作ERP系统 3) Good paperwork ability文字表达能力强 4) Be familiar with corporate rules & regulation熟悉企业各项规章制度 5) Good communication and team work sprit.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 6) Be familiar with raw material used for FPPP production熟悉公司生产所需物料 7) Be familiar with warehouse, dispatch, logistic management process and control circle 熟悉仓储、调度、物流管理流程和控制环节 8) Basically ability to balance raw material supplement curve基本能把握物料供应趋势 9) Experience in calculation and accounting具有一定的核算经验 10) Good memory skill良好的记忆能力 11) Be familiar with transportation and processing对运输方式及特征较熟悉 12) Good organizing, planning, controlling and coordination ability具有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力 13) Familiar with ISO/TS documents draft, verify& certify熟悉ISO/TS文件编写、推行和认证 2.5. Physical Condition体质条件 1) Health身体健康 2) Can afford high intensity work能承受高强度工作 3) Willing to work overtime能够加班 3.0 Responsibilities 岗位职责 3.1 Responsible stock in and out record, book keeping, to make sure book data match with real stock, immediately report about problem 负责核对物料出入库纪录，对物品的出入库要及时验收、登记帐簿，做到帐物相符，发现问题及时上报 3.2 Information update into ERP System on time及时更新ERP系统信息情况 3.3 Arrange of raw material receiving and products delivery安排原材料和成品收发货 3.4 Following rule of FIFO保证做到先进先出的原则 3.5 Daily checking products label in stock which is match with product, to make sure book keep information right 入库标签内容和产品需一致，确保账实相符 3.6 Products deliver out has to make sure label contents match with products, quantities is same as delivery note. 产品出货需确认标签和产品相符，送货数量和送货单一致。 3.7 Raw material receiving has to make sure outside package is completely without damage & damp. Material stock in has to stamp qualified chop from quality dept. One products one tray, internal sign contents has to fill completely. 供应商原材料收货需确认产品数量，料款是否正确、外包装是否完整有无破损受潮。入库时必须要有质量部的合格章，一种产品一个托盘。内容标签内容填写完整。 3.8 Well organize the layout of stock 仓库规划 3.9 Responsible all stuffs‘ stock keeping work, in charge of warehouse area management, placement, sign management and 5S work 负责所有物品的保管工作，负责对仓库进行分区管理，各类物品要分区放置，摆放整齐，做好标识，井然有序 3.10 Responsible for stuffs’ for different department, well managed and 5S work. 负责不同部门物品管理摆放，合理规划管理和5S. 3.11 Maximum material picking for production has to make by shift, not allow overpick for each shift. Extra material in picking area has to return back to warehouse on time, FIFO rule and booking in time.车间领料发料领用最大量严格按每班发放，不允许各班多领多发。领料区有闲置料及时退还仓库。先进先出原则。确保及时做账。 3.12 Inventory stock analysis and control 库存存量分析和控制 3.13 Book keeping for material in & out data and statements 制作物料进出账目、报表 3.14 Organizing regular inventory, issue the inventory report 定期组织盘存，出具盘存报告 3.15 Warehouse onsite management仓库现场管理 3.16 Warehouse safety management 仓库安全管理 3.17 Preventive measurement, to make sure storage from losses采取预防措施，确保仓储物资免受损失 3.18 Daily production injection and assembly line waste material clean up 车间注塑、组装废料清理 3.19 Warehouse 5S (weekly transfer box clean up, transfer box return label clean up, warehouse area 5S, empty box clean up) and others 仓库5S (每周一次成品箱子清洗，退回成品箱标签清理，每日仓库5S区域清理，来料倒托盘，空箱整理) 3.20 Monthly stock taking 做好每月月末盘点 3.21 Leadership and take care of the warehouse issue 领导力和关注仓库相关事务 3.22 Other duties assigned by supervisor领导交待的其他任务 4.0 Goals 目标 4.1warehouse storage database zero mistake 仓库库存零错误 4.2 Raw material receiving checking and products deliver out zero mistake, and make sure deliver on time 原材料入库检验和成品出库零错误，确保及时出货。 4.3 Well organizing personal working time and track delivery make sure to achieve cost saving 合理安排工作时间和货车送货以达到成本节约的目的 4.4 Well organized for the work and zero waste 合理安排工作，确保无浪费 |
