Tasks： - Be responsible for the Program of Learning & Development implement and other training implement according to learning catalogue. - Maintain good communication with internal and external trainers. - Mandatory training deliver supporting and training date summary, ensure training completion rate. - Ensure following training related and company processes and guidelines - Daily training data management and training report summary. - Support L&D related projects and initiatives - Academy daily management(including training classroom and training record) - Responsible for other tasks assigned by the superior Requirements: - Bachelor degree and above - Have course design and delivery skills and learning organization skills - Can structure thinking and quick learning - Focus on results and continuous improvement - Solid analysis and problem-solving skills - Good communication Skill |
