In addition, Eibach services customers in more than 80 countries around the world through our regional partners (or distributors). 为了强化我们在江苏太仓的团队，我们正在寻找： In order to strengthen our team in Taicang (Jiangsu), we are looking to employ: 技术销售助理 Technical sales assistant 重点：汽车后市场商务拓展、产品管理以及售后服务 Focus: Automotive aftermarket business development, product management and Aftersales service 你的任务： Your tasks: • 协助研发部门研发项目的管理 Support R&D with management of development projects • 协调并且支持悬挂部件以及样品的测试安装 Coordination and support of test fitting of suspension components and prototypes • 协助研发部门指导目前的市场以及产品相关的开发，协助积极开发新产品、更新产品列表；定期向上级汇报 Assist R&D with monitoring of current market and product related developments, support active building of new product and application list; regular reporting to superiors • 售后市场以及赛车运动的产品目录的管理 Management of product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports products • 与客户的研发技师配合沟通，开发并且维护关系网 Collaboration and communication with customers’ R&D and technicians, network building and maintenance • 技术和商业的售后支持 After sales support, both technical and commercial • 在展会、客户培训和活动中代表公司和展示产品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, customer training and events • 评估业内培训需求并针对持续性进步进行分析 Assessment of training needs in the market and analysis of potential for continuous improvement • 潜在客户市场分析及调研 Market analysis and research of potential customers • 自觉主动维护客户关系，满足并提升客户满意度 Actively maintain the customer relationship regularly, to satisfy or improve the satisfactory level of the customers • 胜任和积极支持我们的国内和国际客户 Competent and proactive support for our national and international customers • 报价和订单处理，跟进交货期和生产周期； Processing of quotations and orders; follow up on delivery dates and production lead times • 保证工作质量并且及时达成任务 Bear responsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks • Coordination of touchpoints between departments 部门之间互相配合 • 开拓中国市场进行经常性地出差 Regular business travel within China for business development • 主管要求的一般行政工作。 General administrative tasks as required by superior(s) 你的资质： Your Qualifications: • 流利地英语说、写能力 Excellent English in speaking and writing • Technical background, e.g. mechanical engineering; engineering degree is a plus 技术背景，例如机械工程、工程学位更佳 • 有汽车行业、汽车性能升级的背景知识和浓厚兴趣（狂热） Background knowledge and strong interest (enthusiasm) in the automotive industry or performance upgrade of vehicles • 有强烈客户服务意识的独立的工作能力 Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service • 团队合作精神、灵活性和抗压能力强 Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure • 娴熟的微软office操作，尤其是Excel Profound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel • 有驾照（有信心在高速公路上驾驶） Driving license (confident to drive on the highway) • 有机动性（在中国内的商务出差） Mobility (business travel within China) 你的未来： Your Future: • 在一个现代化的家族所有的国际企业拥有有趣的、以未来为导向的挑战，拥有极佳的未来发展机遇 Interesting and future oriented challenge with superb opportunities for future development in a modern family owned international business • 在职培训将大大提升个人能力，鼓励提升相关的功能以及个人能力 Qualified on the job teaching as well as encouragement of advancing relevant functional and personal competences • 充足的、以表现为导向的薪资及社会福利 Adequate and performance oriented remuneration and social benefits 如果我们引起了你的兴趣，请发送你的完整的应聘表单及简历，包括你的薪资预期以及最快入职日期。 关于此职位如有更多其它问题请联系我们的HR。 我们期待与你见面。 In case we aroused your interest, please send us your complete application forms and cv including your salary expectations and your earliest date of entry.
