·Participated in new supplier introducing, new supplier pre-selection, potential supplier audit 参与新供应商导入，新供应商筛选，潜在供应商审核 ·Participated in sourcing product development 参与采购件的开发 ·Participates in delivery requirements communication between Laepple and suppliers with purchasing engineer 与采购工程师一起参与来普乐与供应商之间交付要求的沟通 ·Validation and releasing of supplier samples (ISIR/PPAP) 供应商样品的验证与放行 ·Do batch sampling inspection at supplier site when necessary 必要时在供应商现场进行批次抽样检验 ·Participate in inhouse production process development 参与内部生产过程开发 ·Inhouse initial sample validation and release 内部初始样件的验证和放行 ·Creation and maintaining of inspection standard and solution for receiving goods, workpiece in process, and finish goods 为来料、在制品和成品编制和维护检验标准和方案 ·Handing Nonconformity Output report, complaint report 管理不合格品报告，投诉报告 ·Handling Nonconformity Output, including inhouse, and external 不合格品处理，包括内部和外部 ·Participated in quality problem solving- root cause analysis-corrective actions 参与质量问题解决，根本原因分析-纠正措施 ·Maintain documentation of quality record, supplier audit report , customer/ supplier complaint report, NCR reports, etc. 维护质量记录资料 ·Work with quality technician to give training for production operators in Quality related 与质量技术人员合作，为生产操作员提供质量相关培训 ·Other tasks assigned by superior 其它主管安排的任务 |

1. Has experience in process audit, well know VDA6.3 requirements 具有的过程审核经验，熟知VDA6.3的要求 2. Excellent drawing interpretation skill, familiar with GD&T 出色的看图能力，熟悉GD&T 3. Rich experience in dimensional measuring, 3D measuring will be plus 丰富的尺寸测量经验，会3D测量更佳 4. Familiar with APQP and PPAP 熟悉APQP和PPAP 5. Good English skill in written, good oral will be plus良好的英文书面能力，具备口语能力更佳 6. Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes, specially machining and foundry 了解各种生产工艺，特别是机加工和铸造 7. Min. 3 years of relevant work experience 3年及以上相关工作经验 8. Flexibility and ability to travel mainly within China mainland (up to 50% of work time) 9. Valid car driving license有效的汽车驾照证件 10.
