| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: Provide 1st level IT support to all users. Immediately escalate 2nd level support to superior. Check service desk system frequently and distribute tasks to related employees. In charge of printer management especially office printer and zebra printer. Execute the IT fixed asset management process. Execute the user management process. Immediately report violations of corporate rules, guidelines or local policies to IT Manager directly. Provide support to B&F offices in Asia. Support superior in the areas of daily task, projects. Strong collaboration with other departments and corporate IT. And any other tasks as assigned by superior. Requirements: Education College of computer science or related major 1+ year experience in similar position IT-Knowledge Windows10 (mandatory) Office 365 components (mandatory) Cisco switch(mandatory) Windows server 2019 VMware Language Mandarin (written and spoken) English (written and spoken) Any other languages as advantage Personal attributes curious, patient, consistent, fast learn, self-driven, positive |
