| 工作描述： |
1. 新产品导入时工艺实现及生产制程的标准化； Process realization and standardization of production process during new product introduction. 2. 配合设计开发、设计变更、非标处理完成工程变更的实施； Cooperate with design development, design change and non-standard processing to complete the implementation of engineering change. 3. 新产品试制前制定WI，批量生产后维护更新WI； Make WI before trial production of new products, maintain and update WI after mass production. 4. 新产品导入，根据类似产品预估、制定标准工时；批量生产更新评估标准工时； New product introduction, estimated and formulated standard working hours according to similar products, mass production update evaluation standard working hours. 5. 新产品试制后预估工厂产能，根据预测更新产能评估； Estimated the capacity of the factory after the trial production of new products, and updated the capacity evaluation based on forecast. 6. 根据预测，规划设计及优化工厂车间内物流、生产单元、库房等工程； According to the forecast, planned, designed and optimized logistics, production units and warehouse and other projects in the workshop. 7. 工装夹具及工具的设计开发； Design and develop fixture and tool; 8. 引入先进生产方式，管理技术； Introduction of advanced production methods and management technologies; 9. 现场改善，优化流程，减少浪费； On-site improvement, optimize the process to reduce waste; 10. 支持生产，解决现场问题； Support production and solve on-site problems; 11. 制作产品流程图，组织制作PFMEA； Make product flow chart, organize and make PFMEA; 12. 接受安全生产教育和培训； Receive safety production education and training; 13. 严格遵守单位安全生产规章制度和操作规程,正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品； Strictly observe the safety production rules and regulations and operating rules of the unit, and wear and use labor protection articles correctly; 14. 施工项目的安全管理,落实相关安全改进措施。 Safety management of construction projects and implementation of relevant safety improvement measures. |
