Setup standard product/process requirements for each category of furnace in the market. Setup standards for troubleshoot existing materials and applications. Evaluate new processes, manufacturing methods and techniques as required to improve process/product capabilities within the industrial / furnace market. Coaching and work with production operator to carry out fabrication and assembly. Perform design of inustrial / furnace components when required to support a customers needs. Recommend and select the best material for each application. Cost estimation for furnace product Work with sales to develop relationships with potential customers. Provide technical support to customers and design engineering to develop H.C. Starck unique products and solutions to customer requirments. |
