Business Unit: Coil Reports to: Qualiy Superisor Job summary • Daily Production quality problem • Complaint • Improve project Job description / Tasks • Daily quality control, inspection data check and monitoring, ensures quality; • Measuring method, machine evaluation, defination. Evaluate capabiltiy of process and measuring system. • Work together with engineering team to solve quality problem; • Deal with quality complaint internally and externally, work out 8D reports and fill datas and reports in SAP system. • Communicate with Headquarter in Germany for quality cases; • Coordinate production team to pass audit. • Quality document management. CP, FMEA, Inspection plan • Measuring device management; • CIP to improving Quality performance, PPM, Scrapped rate, etc. ; • Training inspector; • Other task assigned by supervisor Job requirements • Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering, e.g. mechanic, electric, automation… • 3 years of related experience as qulaity engineer. Solve quality problem independently. • Experience on mass production, automotive inidustry is a plus. • Good knowledge of measuring technology, drawing and tolerance, cmk, GRR, …Familiar with ISO9001 or relevant. • Experience on SAP, Minitab. • Basic knowledge of Micro Soft office, CAD. • Good English in written and oral • Team work |
