| 工作描述： |
-Process customer orders to ensure the goods are delivered in time and in quantity to avoid the extra freight and get customer satisfied. -Trace the running of production orders and take timely response for urgent issues. -Coordinate the complete delivery-related processes with Customer planning(incoming parts), Production planning, Logistics, Quality Dept., Forwarder, Customer declaration and etc. -Issuing VAT invoices in time and send them to customers on time to ensure the healthy cash flow. -Take effective actions to fulfill the outcome defined by Office Floor Activity in terms of Customer Service. -Support production planning and material planning to ensure the effective inventory control. -Support production planning and material planning by communicating with customers in urgent delivery issues. -Support Quality Dept. to deal with the returned goods. -Fulfil the responsibility of Order Processing function of Consignment stock management. -Forward Customers’ important information to the direct leader and corresponding Sales. -Obey the work arrangement of superior leader -处理客户订单，确保货物按时、按量交付，避免额外运费，让客户满意。 -跟踪生产订单的运行情况，对紧急问题及时做出响应。 -与客户计划（来料零件）、生产计划、物流、质量部门、货代、客户声明等协调完整的交付相关流程。 -及时开具增值税发票并及时发送给客户，以确保健康的现金流。 -采取有效行动，实现办公室楼层活动在客户服务方面定义的结果。 -支持生产计划和物料计划，确保有效的库存控制。 -通过与客户沟通紧急交付问题，支持生产计划和物料计划。 -支持质量部处理退货。 -履行寄售库存管理的订单处理职能。 -将客户的重要信息转发给直接领导和相应的销售人员。 -服从上级领导的工作安排. |

Education & Major 学历与专业 Junior college degree and above in mechanical, engineering or business related such as international trade, economics and so on.
