The Application Engineer is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. 此应用工程师岗位负责具有中等复杂性的工作或项目。这个岗位遵循个人工作计划开展工作并实现短期目标， 要求主动采取即时行动或短期规划解决问题。 1. Engage the all departments in Camfil China to achieve the goals for Airgonomic Project, effective at issue resolution with both internal & external customers. 组织协调Camfil中国所有部门以达成Airgonomic项目的目标，有效解决内部和外部客户的问题。 2.Track implementation/ installations of project, system upgrade, technically articulate Projects & IAQ products to deliver presentations and training (on-site seminars, etc) with both internal & external customers. 从技术角度阐明项目特征和IAQ产品价值，跟踪项目执行进展，系统升级与更新，并进行内部和外部客户演示和培训（现场研讨会等） 3.Assist to provide in-depth market competitive analysis and positioning for IAQ products, and offer solution to compete with key competitors. 协助提供深入的市场，行业，竞争分析和定位，提出IAQ有关产品策略的建议以供参考，并提供应对优势竞争对手的解决方案。 4.Coordinate with the process of IAQ related product development and phase out. 协助参与IAQ应用产品开发和更新过程。 5.Work with Sales Team to scope and understand IAQ market requirement, and provide corresponding technical support. 协助业务部门理解IAQ应用的市场需求，并提供相应的技术支持。 6.Other responsibilities & tasks assigned by supervisor. 其它主管安排的职责和任务。 岗位要求 1. Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Major in Architectural environment is preferred. 本科及以上学历，工科背景，建筑环境与通风设备类相关专业优先。 2. Knowledge of air cleaning products, HVAC industry and market trend, environmental Services experience is preferred. 了解空气净化产品、行业和市场的商业趋势、有环境行业服务经验优先。 3. Ability to understand customers' needs and concerns. 能够快速把握客户需求和关注点的能力。 4. Strong oral and written communication skills. 较强的口头和书面沟通能力。 5. Good command of English. 良好的英语能力。 6. Proficient in business software such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Word、Excel、PowerPoint等软件工具。 目前这个岗位归属上海产品团队，向上海的产品经理汇报； |
