| 工作描述： |
1. Communicate with customer timely and Manage customer call-offs in system to make sure on time delivery to customer. 2. Responsibility for raw material ordering base on customer demand and production plan; Ensure supplier OTD. 3. Manage supply chain stock level; Review timely the potential inventory backlogs/overstock to optimize the stock range. 4. Request stock checks to validate stock accuracy and make inventory adjustments to support results. 5. Control and follow-up relevant tasks that are listed in Brose change management system (plan switch-over new materials, minimize scrap level of obsolete materials). 6. Support & Manage premium freight process and budget. 7. KPI Metrics review by Daily, Weekly Monitoring and Monthly check. 8. Ensure the accuracy of SAP setting and regularly update. 9. Collaborate with logistics planners before and during project SOP to review and ensure the data quality of inbound logistics information (supplier contact info, supplier MOQ, central purchasing agreement) and outbound logistics info (customer contact info, delivery incoterm, packaging concept). 10. Tasks that are for the benefit of the plant operation assigned by disciplinary/job-related supervisor. These tasks could be cross functional |
