Role Purpose: • Make sure warehouse operation standards can meet the EHS requests, without any safety incidents happen, “ZERO” tolerance for safety incident, especially for truck safety management • Make sure FG warehouse operation standard can meet the quality requests, without any major quality incident happen. • Make sure the warehouse daily operates smoothly, and on time moving finished goods to warehouse and loading the FG into/onto the trucks. • Regular cycle count and take actions, to minimize the warehouse inventory variance. IRA should above 99.9% by SKU level • Giving Proposals for improving efficiency • Tracking the warehouse spending to make sure the cost is under control, and find the opportunity to reduce the operation cost year over year • Manage the FG warehouse, starting from FG transfer from workshop to FG warehouse with clear handover record, storage and loading into the container based on arrangement, need standardized the whole working process with clear rule • Make sure all the FG warehouse KPI meet the target • 5S both in office and warehouse should be achieve target Accountabilities: • Account for FG warehouse safety. Daily check of safety, environment and quality both in plant and external warehouse. Reduce the risks in FG warehouse. • Truck management to ensure the truck safety and standard • Daily check of 5S both in office and warehouse. • Be able to use SAP skillfully and can be operation the key equipment about with ASRS area. • Regular cycle count to ensure the warehouse inventory accuracy, and develop the action plan to ensure IRA above 99.9% • Arrange FLTs Drivers to move FG from packaging to warehouse and transfer to appropriate destination. • Loading trucks according to shipping and transferring plan. • Monthly inventory analysis to find the slow moving and dead stock, working with related department to develop action plan to eliminate that • Find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce the warehouse cost. • Tracking FG warehouse spending, and make sure the spending is under control and meet the target • Pallet management, to ensure the sufficient pallets for production, loss rate is better than target. • One way loading materials management including planning, inventory control and using. • Handling complaints related with FG warehouse from clients. And improving customer complaints • Non-conformity, breakage and write-off management. • Tracking FG warehouse KPI and perform evaluation • Tracking and managing FG suppliers’ performance • Improve layout of FG warehouse to increase WH utilization. • Find the loss point and control the loss of FG • Simplify work process to increase efficiency • Regularly check system data input is correct • Cost tracking in FG and control better than target • People attendance management to comply with GMS rules. • Develop and renew the SOP/IW for FG warehouse, train the people to learn and implement in their work • For long-term WH development, can have shift with Raw material, Packaging material leader. • Other work assigned by line manager |

• College degree or above • 3+ years warehouse management experience • Logistics background • GMP skills Familiar with warehouse and inventory management • ASRS experience is a plus • DG warehouse management experience is a plus • Good at IT office skills (Microsoft), Strong in Excel. • Good analysis skills. • Experience in WH in an ERP based system. |
