| 工作描述： |
• Comply with and implement HS&E policies, taking part in the related safety activities & key process safety activities like MOC, PHA etc., follow and comply with process safety management system policy & rules during normal work. 遵守和实施企业的HS&E政策,积极参加有关安全活动和关键工艺安全活动,比如变更管理, PHA等, 在日常工作中遵守工艺安全管理体系的政策和规则，签署并履行部门和岗位的HSE目标责任制。 • Monitoring process, determines the effects of process deviations and equipment performance from stated design conditions on the equipment reliability and develops/proposes corrective actions. 监控工艺过程, 及时识别工艺过程偏差和偏离设备设计条件的影响,并及时提出纠正措施。 • Lead multi-disciplinary troubleshooting teams, support “process troubleshooting” activities, to ensure and improve process integrity, and process reliability. 领导跨专业的团队进行工艺故障排除活动,确保和提高工艺过程的完整性和工艺的可靠性。 • Struggle to keep process improvements, ensure technical assurance of the proposed changes, and determine the economics of the proposed changes, carry out the pre- check and post of the modified technologies. 持续保持工艺过程完善和改进,确保工艺变更的技术可靠性,参与项目的经济性评估和项目执行过程中的检查。 • Being responsible to establish and update the key technology documents, such as process control plan, PID etc., and support to review standard operating procedure (SOP). 负责建立和更新关键技术文档,如过程控制计划,PID等,并支持审查标准操作程序(SOP)。 • Support quality system works, being responsible for define feedstock, in-process, product specification, ensure on time analysis and solving quality issue. 参与质量管理工作,负责定义原料、中间过程品和产品的技术指标、并及时参与分析和解决质量问题。 • Finish other work assigned by direct supervisor or department manager 完成直接主管或部门经理交办的其它工作。 |
