职责描述: Job Objectives: This role will provide the support in the areas of staffs compensation and benefit, performance management, salary calculation and distribution. 该岗位负责员工的薪资福利,绩效管理,以及薪资的核算与发放。 Key Responsibilities: 1 Arrange the shift in the personnel system according to the planned shift of each department and adjust the shift according to the actual situation. 按照各部门计划班次在人事系统中排班,再根据实际情况调整班次。 2 According to the applications of overtime and leave provided by each department, ensure all the data is recorded into personal affairs system. 按照各部门提供的加班申请,请假申请录入人事系统。 3 Make attendance report, deal with the abnormal attendance records, make the statistics of various of vacations (sick leave, annual leave, personal leave, parental leave, etc.) and complete attendance award. 制作统计考勤报表,处理刷卡记录异常,各类假期天数(病假、年假、事假、育儿假等),全勤奖统计。 4 Make the allowance table of shift work and night shift, the table of overtime hours, the table of post allowance, the allowance table of continuous start-up, the table of performance bonus and etc. 制作统计倒班津贴表、夜班补贴表,加班时数表,岗位津贴表,连续开机补贴表,绩效奖金表等。 5 Check the data and files of newcomers, leavers and transfer staffs after filling the information into HR system, Ensure the data and files are consistency with the system. 人员入职、离职和转岗资料录入系统后,核对其资料与系统的一致性。使其符合人事入离职和转岗流程。 6 In accordance with the actual personnel in the social security system to verify the number and amount of social security contributions. 根据各地社会保障缴纳人员的实际情况,核实社会保障缴纳的数量和金额。 7 Understand the different declaration times of social security base and Provident Fund base in each region and declare the annual adjustment of social security base in each region. 了解各地社保基数和公积金基数申报不同时间,申报各地年度社保基数调整。 8 Collect statistical data of special additional deduction for individual income tax and withholding declaration. 收集统计个税专项附加扣除和扣缴申报数据 9 Make the salary report by hand for Taicang factory and its dispatched staff and import the relevant data of salary into HR system to make system report form of salary. Complete all staff monthly payroll sheet, pay slip printing and issuing. 制作太仓工厂及外派员工工资报表,并将工资相关数据导入HR系统,制作工资系统报表,完成所有人员的工资计算,工资单的打印与发放。 10 According to the approved salary table, complete the approval of the payment application form of each cooperator. Enter into the payroll system of Bank to make the key of detail payroll. 根据批准的工资表,完成各合作方的付款申请单的审批,进银行系统制作薪资密钥发放薪资。 11 Complete the annual audit data of the Bureau of Statistics on the three companies every quarter and at the end of the year. 每季度及年底完成统计局对三家公司的审计数据。 12 Update HCM report monthly on time. 每月准时更新HCM报表。 13 Be responsible for the operation of the Web-HR payroll system. The department SOX audit. 负责Web-HR薪资系统的操作,部门SOX的稽核工作。 14 Responsible for designing, implementing, and testing for Workday system according to local policies and benefits. 总部全球推行Workday项目,负责根据各地政策设计推行测试Workday系统. 15 Buy the commercial insurance for the employees who have passed the probation period and terminate the commercial insurance for the employees who have resigned in Taicang Factory. 商业保险缴纳和退缴,针对太仓工厂员工试用期考核通过员工和离职员工。 16 Deal with employees’ transfer of labor relationship, policy promotion, tripartite agreement, labor contract and other materials preparation, communication and signing. 处理员工劳动关系转移,政策宣导,三方协议、劳动合同等资料的准备、沟通及签订。 |
