工作描述: |
1)Receiving incoming calls and transfer to right person and department. 接听总机并转接到正确的同事和部门。 2)Guest or Visitor's reception, give appropriate arrangement and service to company guests. 接待访客并给予合适的安排和招待。 3)Record, receive and distribute couriers/mails. 记录、收发快递与信件。 4)Reserve meeting room and make sure all services of meeting room are under well maintained; arrange meeting room and make the welcome brand and name cards when customers visit. 预订会议室,确保会议室的使用有良好的管理; 客户来访时,布置会议室并制作欢迎牌和会议名牌 5)Stationery, paper, drinking water, meeting supplies and working meal ordering, cost and payment management. 文具、复印纸、饮用水、会议室用品和客户工作餐的订购,费用及付款的管理。 6)Hotel reservation for visitors, flight reservation for employees’ business trip upon receiving the approved travel application. Update the reservation overview on daily base. 访客的酒店预订,按照批准的出差申请预定员工出差机票。每天更新预定情况报告。 7)Daily distribution of cleaning consumptions, keep the account and balance recorded. When the storage level under safety stock, apply to purchase. 清洁消耗品的日常领用、登记,确保领用账目及余额的准确性,根据领用记录及最低库存量的设置,申请采购。 8)Prepare payment request of office expense. 负责办公室费用的付款申请。 9)Manage the telephone conference lines. 电话会议平台的管理。 10)Administrative support to EU F3: customer reception, travel management, hotel reservation, catering order, etc. EU F3行政支持:客户接待,出差管理,酒店预订,外卖预订等等。 11)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 主管指定的其他任何工作。 |

1)Colleague education and above 大专以上学历 2)Prefer 1 years' working experience on the position of receptionist or Office Administrator in multiple international companies, familiar with office administration service providing and standard.
