- Daily job of import and export arrangement, booking for transportation, prepare the declaration documents accurately 日常进出口安排，预定运输方式，准备报关文件 - Monitor customs clearance/shipping activities status and solve the special problems during the transportation, such as customs inspection, goods/packing damage, wrong delivery… 监察清关/装运活动，解决运输过程中的特殊问题，如海关检查、货物/包装损坏、错误交货等 - Communication with internal Divisions/Departments, forwarders and suppliers according to shipping requirements 根据运输要求与内部事业部、部门、货代和供应商沟通 - Familiar with AEO policies, implement the compliance management of AEO certification 熟悉AEO政策，实施AEO认证的合规管理 - Train related internal departments of AEO updated policies, update and prepare various internal customs management policies, collection of the latest customs policies in time 对内部相关部门进行关于AEO的更新政策的培训，对公司内部各种海关管理政策进行更新和准备，及时收集最新海关政策 - Timely conduct compliance self-inspection and collect corresponding data to ensure that AEO re-audit can be handled at any time 及时进行合规性自检，收集相应数据以确保随时应对AEO的再审核 - Other temporary tasks arranged by manager 上级分配的其他临时性任务 |
