Main Responsibilities: 主要职责： • Implement the Alpla purchasing policy and the purchasing system for the plant确保执行集团的采购政策 • Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department 熟悉采购流程并熟练运用相关系统，数据与财务部门相对接 • Purchases all consumables for all Departments 负责所有部门相关的采购需求 • Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs 根据采购战略优化采购流程以保证库存最优化及成本最小化 • Responsible for sourcing local suppliers and supplier evaluation 开发当地供应商及供应商评估 • Support on variable cost and fixed cost control 采购成本控制 • Assists with other jobs from superior. 负责协助上级安排的其他工作。 Assists with other jobs from superior. 负责协助上级安排的其他工作。 |
