Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor (based in Shanghai office) No. of Subordinates: 4 Job Objectives: Supervise daily operations of C/S team, support Customer Service Manager in aspects such as, data analysis, sales contract review, etc. Regional Sales support and order processing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales support to regional sales team, such as authorization letter, samples, test reports and bidding documents, etc. Maintain CRM and set up monthly conference call with regional sales team. Supervise team’s daily operations, and support Customer Service manager. Communicate with both internal departments and customers to ensure all related issues, customer orders, forecast, Quotation, RMA, complaint, and all requirements can be taken care of and resolved in timely and efficient manner. Set up the regular conference call with customers to review all action items and issues. Be responsible for tracking AR. Paperwork creating and Documents filing. Maintain and improve the relationship with the customer. Job Qualifications: Very thoughtful; Good at problem solving. Have sense to see overall situation and can make overall plans for the projects. Capable of handling multiple, complex tasks simultaneously. Good communication skill. University degree in English related majors Good English writing and speaking are must Basic SCM & customer service knowledge, proficient in Office software operation, JDE usage is an advantage. At least 5 years experiences in customer service related, preferable with team leading experience. |
