| 工作描述： |
1、建设和管理技术团队，高效专业的承担售前选型和售后技术支持（现场和远程）； Construction and management technical team, efficient and professional to undertake pre-sale selection and after-sales technical support (on-site and remote); 2、定期与总部召开视频会议，汇报全国项目进展，问题卡点。并帮助各区域销售团队推进行业突破，测试； Regularly hold video conferences with the headquarters to report on the progress of the national project and the problem card points. And help regional sales teams to promote industry breakthroughs and testing; 3、提供国内销售和技术同事产品教导，编纂宣导PPT及与竞品的技术对比； Provide domestic sales and technical colleagues product guidance, compile and promote PPT and technical comparison with competing products; 4、建立和完善国内工厂实验室，带领国内团队能独立模拟客户负载，并完成测试，提供客户专业选型方案和报告； Establish and improve the domestic factory laboratories, lead the domestic team to independently simulate the customer load, complete the test, and provide the customer's professional selection plan and report; 任职资格： Qualifications: 1、大专及本科以上学历，从事自动化或运动控制行业5年以上； College degree or above, engaged in automation or motion control industry for more than 5 years; 2、具备电气自动化、机电一体化、自动化仪表等相关专业知识； With electrical automation, mechanical and electrical integration, automated instrumentation and other related expertise. 3、能够熟练应用伺服驱动器，可编程控制器、电机拖动等知识。有直线力矩经验者优先； Skillfully apply servo drive, programmable controller, motor drag and other knowledge. Experience with linear torque is preferred; 4、具有基本英文听说读写能力，具有良好的理解、沟通、学习能力; Have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with good understanding, communication and learning ability; 5、具有独立的领导能力、判断与决策能力，性格开朗，团队合作意识强，工作积极主动； Have independent leadership, judgment and decision-making ability, cheerful personality, strong sense of teamwork, and proactive work; |
