Focus: Product development, data management and Aftersales service 重点：产品研发、数据管理以及售后服务 Your tasks: 你的任务： • Management of development projects 研发项目的管理 • Coordination and support of test fitting of suspension components and prototypes 协调并且支持悬挂部件以及样品的测试安装 • Management of standard product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports (Springs, Shock absorbers, Stabilizer bars, Wheel Spacer, etc.) 售后市场以及赛车运动的标准产品目录的管理（弹簧、减震器、稳定杆、车轮垫片等） • Monitoring of current market and product related developments, active building of new product and application list; regular reporting to superiors 指导目前市场以及产品相关的开发，积极开发新产品以及产品列表；定期向上级汇报 • Collaboration and communication with customers` R&D and technicians, network building and maintenance 与客户的研发技师配合沟通，开发并且维护关系网 • 技术和商业的售后支持 After sales support, both technical and commercial • 在展会、客户培训和活动中代表公司和展示产品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, and customer training and events • Assessment of training needs and analysis of potential for continuous improvement 评估培训需求并针对持续性进步进行分析 • Carry out technical training for customers and colleagues 为客户及同事提供技术培训 • Bear responsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks 保证工作质量并且及时达成任务 • Coordination of touchpoints between departments 部门之间互相配合 • 主管要求的一般行政工作。 General administrative tasks as required by superior |
