制定及实施指定大客户的销售策略,确保达成销售及利润目标。 Develop and implement sales tactics for assigned key accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability. 负责并扩展已有大客户的业务,最大程度的维护客户关系及满意度。 Take care and expand business with existing key accounts, maintain customer relationship and satisfaction to highest level. 根据公司指令开发潜在的大客户。 Develop potential key account according to company assignment. 分析并理解客户的需求,并提供最能满足客户要求的产品和服务。 Analyze and understand customer’s business needs and provide products and services best fit customer requirements. 协调公司技术、生产、服务等部门妥善履行已签署的销售合同,并确保客户按时支付款项。 Coordinate company technical, production, and service resources to properly execute signed sales contracts, and ensure customer make payment in time. 通过提供杰出的支持,并作为深受信任的顾问,在整个销售过程中引导客户。 Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support. 深入理解客户的产品、服务、销售目标及策略、定价、交付安装政策及上述实践,以期恰当回应客户的要求。 Maintain thorough knowledge of the Client’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond properly to customer requests. 维护公司客户关系管理系统,保证所有的价格、销售行为、客户数据、机会等数据记录的准确。 Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activities, customer data, opportunities, etc. via company CRM system. 准备并提交准确的、更新的销售预测。 Manage and ensure accurate and updated sales forecast. 向上级报告所负责区域的销售活动及业绩。 Report sales activities and performance for assigned market to superiors. 确保遵守所有相关的法律法规要求。 Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. 完成上级及公司交办的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and company. |
