主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: 1.Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues质量问题的客户关系的管理 o Implementing periodic customer visits实施定期的客户访问 o Handling with customer complaint/feedback process on quality issues处理客户投诉及反馈的质量问题 o Routine maintenance for customer relationship etc. 客户关系的日常维护等 o CCH system utilization CCH客诉系统的运用 2.Customer/Third-party/Internal Audit (Preparation/CAPA closing tracking etc.) 客户/第三方/内部审核 (准备/CAPA整改关闭跟进等) 3.Food Safety Quality Management System食品安全质量管理体系(ISO9001/ISO22000/GMP/HACCP/QS etc.) o Ensure compliance with food safety quality management system and customer/external /internal audit requirements确保满足食品安全质量管理体系和客户/外部/内部的审核要求 o Prepare and successfully pass all related audits 准备和成功通过所有相关审核 o Continual improvement of food safety quality management system负责食品安全质量管理体系的持续改进 4.Documentation文件管控 o Validation, distribution, callback and scrap of food safety quality management system documents 负责食品安全质量管理体系文件的生效、分发、回收及报废等 o Uniform management for archives and timely tidying for stat. of food safety quality management system documents 负责食品安全质量管理文件的统一管理归档及定期整理统计 o Monitoring for the operation of food safety quality management system documents负责监督食品安全质量管理体系文件的运行等 5.Devices & equipment regarding food safety calibration and related management etc. (Calibration list/certificates/ labels etc.) 与食品安全有关的仪器设备计量的统一安排和相关管理等（台账、校验证书及标签等） 6.Responsible for implement and management regarding plant pest control负责厂内虫害工作的实施管理 7.Responsible for the mock, start-up and implement for products’ recall as assistant etc.协助负责产品召回的模拟、启动及实施等 8.Responsible for the practice, tracking and summary of plant APM2 project负责工厂APM2项目的推行、跟进及总结 9.Perform process control per routine plant check通过日常的工厂巡查，执行工厂的过程监控 10.Coordinate to conduct plant NEXT, 5S and safety concern reporting projects 配合执行工厂的NEXT，5S和安全隐患汇报项目 11.Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc.质量经理安排的其它相关工作等 |
