Purpose: This position is to Research & Development of new company technology, Support Project Manager/Supervisor to complete R&D projects. Key Tasks: Manage the R&D projects processing follow the plan and direction from the R&D supervisor and R&D manager. Complete tests and experiment efficiently. Implement product development, research, work out for development plans; Implementation of the program and product identification, production conversion, make the technical specification; Actively interest in developments in the industry, and try to accumulate R&D materials; Sum up R&D experience, continuous improvement of product performance; Auspices of product technology conversion and exchange of manufacturing technology; Support for the product bid; Provide technical support for the agents and partners; According to the requirements of customers or other departments, make the design changes and improvements. |
