1.Carry out laser welding and Arc welding fixture design service both in pre-sales or after-sales . 为潜在客户以及现有客户提供激光焊接和氩弧焊接工装设计服务 2.Carry out laser welding and Arc welding fixture design consultation for existed customer. 为现有客户提供激光焊接和氩弧焊接工装设计咨询 3.Be familiar with laser welding and Arc welding products and operate skillfully ,become technic expert of sheet metal fixture and welding technology. 熟悉激光焊接及氩弧焊接产品并熟练操作，成为钣金工装以及焊接技术专家 4.Assist laser welding/Arc welding engineer to carry out product testing. 协助激光焊接/氩弧焊接工程师完成打样任务 5.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support special customer technical request or the solution to customers’ problems to ensure an improved customers. 有效地进行跨部门合作，支持客户的特殊技术需求或者找到能提高客户满意度的解决方案 6.Initiatively update knowledge on products as well as continuously improve professional skills to know better demand of customers. 积极更新对产品的认知并提高专业技能，精准了解客户需求 7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |
