Direct Superior: Supply Chain Director North Asia No. of Subordinates: 2 Job Objectives: Manage Tufting process team to conduct new product aoption and product customization, maintene and improve tufting process. Drive the continual development of manfucating technology. Key Responsibilities: -Work closely with company designer to assist new product development at local plant and support customized product development; -Contribute to the continuous improvement on raw material utilization and reduce the risk of causing defects in finished products; -Be responsible for verification and approval of Tufting specification; -Support process/research team to drive continuous improvement after the implementation of new material/process; -Support QC to deal with on-line quality issue; -Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology, leading activities, establish and execute plans with the close cooperation and support of the plant leadership team; -Assist in the resolution of customer complaints, improve customer satisfactions; -Provide support to related functional position in quality department as needed. |

Job Qualifications: -Good at logical thinking, open and optimistic, willing to learn, be able to work under pressure; -Good at cross functional communication and team work; -Majored in Textile (Including Knitting) Engineering or Design, with bachelor degree or above; -Good at computer application, English writing and speaking; -Related working experience of carpet making or textile industry for as least 2 years is preferred. |
