Target of the position岗位目标: 负责研发、应用并维持有关于组织所使用的程序，以此确保产品的质量控制和质量保证。 Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining procedures to ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of products. Working Task(details)工作描述: • 确定质量计划，并使用项目管理工具进行质量协调，以达到产品的优质性。 Identify Quality Plan and Conduct Quality coordination with Project Management tools for meeting the premium product purpose. • 与有关各方沟通，共同建立切实的质量目标，如设置准时交货率等。每月对合约生产厂商进行质量评估，确保产品质量目标的实现。 Set up applicable quality goals with interested parties, like on time delivery rate, etc. through proper co-ordination. Conduct monthly quality review with Contract Manufacturer; to assure quality goals are reached. • 制定生产过程质量检验程序，确保生产过程满足质量控制要求。 Develop manufacture process quality inspection procedure, ensure that production process meets quality control requirements. • 产品质量问题引起的客诉，解决，追踪，改进。 Solve customer complaints caused by product quality problems, track and improve. • 建立钣金件，机加工件等的来料检验方法。 Establish incoming inspection methods for sheet metal parts, machining parts, etc. • 建立整机的质量检验方法。 Establish the quality inspection method of the whole machine. • 支持ISO审核，负责质量部份的运维，参与对EHS.工艺等情况的改善和处理。 Support ISO audit, get involved in EHS, Lean activity. • 全面了解问题解决策略、质量改进工具和相关技术包括5W2H、8D报告、QC七大手法等知识。 Thorough understanding of problem solving, quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge such as 5W2H, 8D report, Seven QC Methods. |

Qualifications要求 • 大专或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。 College degree or above, major in mechanical engineer or related discipline. • 在质量相关部门有5年以上的工作经验。 Requires above 5 years’ experience in Quality department. • 在整机/金属板/机加工/机床/机械制造等行业具有相关经验。 Experienced in complete machine/ metal plate/ machining/machine tool/machine building industry. • 熟悉制造精益理念、机械工程、机械零件加工工艺、产品装配和检验工艺。 Familiar with manufacturing Lean concept, Mechanical engineering, mechanical parts machining process, products assembly and inspection process. • 熟悉ISO9001:2015体系，拥有相关的基础知识，有参与内部审核的经验。 Familiar with ISO9001:2015 system, basic knowledge and experience in internal audit. • 熟练掌握英文听说读写的基本技能。 Fluent in English for Reading/Writing/Speaking • 良好的自我组织、协调能力和技能，较强的责任心和逆向思维能力，有进取心，细心耐心。 Good self-organization, coordination ability and skills, strong sense of responsibility and reverse thinking ability, enterprising, careful and patient. • 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 Good communication skill, teamwork spirit. Core Competencies核心竞争力 • 了解质量标准、原则、体系，熟练运用相关方法和工具。 Understanding of quality standards, principles, systems, methods and tools. • 熟悉机械工程、加工工艺、原材料、检验工艺等相关方面。 Good understanding of Mechanical engineering, machining process, raw material, inspection processes. • 了解检验和测试程序的开发和应用，质量保证和结果分析。 Knowledge of development and application of inspection and testing procedures, quality assurance and analysis of the results. |
