Job Summary: This position charges the IT infrastructure maintenance. The Senior IT Engineer manages the performance of the Service Desk and is responsible to provide data security and safety for all IT related fields. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Perform IT infrastructure maintenance in alignment with corporate functions and local management. • Manage and continuously improve the performance of Service Desk • Immediately report violations of corporate rules, guidelines or local policies to IT Manager directly. • Provide best practice approaches to all users. • Execute the IT Business Continuous Plan (IT BCP) and record the results. • Full ownership of company data backup & recovery including backup & recovery rule definition, ensure stability of backup system, monitor backup job. • Immediately escalate to IT Manager about any failures about the backup & recovery system • Monitor equipment warranties and responsible to extend the required services in time. • Full ownership of IT fixed asset management. • Provide support to B&F office in Shanghai. • Strong collaboration with other departments and corporate IT. • Full ownership of the IT related training process. • And any other tasks as assigned by superior Job Requirements: Education: • College of computer science or related major • 5+ years’ experience in similar position IT-Knowledge: • VMware vSphere (mandatory) • HPE Simpilivity (mandatory) • Palo Alto firewall (mandatory) • Cisco switch (mandatory) • Windows Active directory (mandatory) • Windows server 2019 • Linux • Veeam backup Language: • English (written and spoken) Personal attributes • Objective, team-player, curious, warm, realistic |
