工作描述: |
1.协助总经理的日常行政工作,以及各部门之间的综合协调。 Support GM for daily administration work. Assist GM to coordinate between difference departments. 2.推动公司政策的执行;参与起草并分发公司决策及制度。 Expedite the implementation of company policies. Participate in draft and distribution of company decisions and regulations. 3.制订公司行政预算,安排办公用品采购及发放;对公司固定资产进行管理。 Make company administrative budget plan. Purchase and distribute office supplies, and manage company assets. 4.负责公司组织架构的设计、岗位描述和人力规划编制。 Make company organizational plan, job description, and manpower plan. 5.负责公司人员的招聘和面试,开发新的招聘渠道,及时报名参加各大招聘会。 Responsible for hiring and recruiting, and developing new recruitment channels. Enroll and attend job fairs in time. 6.负责公司员工的考勤管理,绩效管理和薪资福利管理。 Responsible for attendance management, performance management, and salary and benefit management. 7.负责员工劳动关系管理。 Responsible for labor relations management. 8.负责员工培训和考核。 Responsible for employee training and training evaluation. 9.公司领导安排的其他事务。 Other tasks assigned by superiors. |

1.人力资源管理或行政等相关专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resource Management or other related majors. 2.具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力强。 Strong ability of writing and communicating skill. Has an easygoing personality and strong sense of responsibility. Must be a quick learner. 3.注重工作效率,积极主动、有耐性,为人正直、忠诚守信。 Has high work efficiency. Proved to be positive, patient, honest and loyal. 4.工作细致认真,有敬业精神。 Detail oriented and dedicated to his/her career. 5.熟练操作Office办公软件,尤其是Excel。 Profound knowledge of Office Software, especially Excel. 6.10年以上相关工作经验。 At least ten years of work experience in HR. 7.精通书面英语,能够用英语向公司董事汇报工作。 Excellent English reading and writing skill. Competent to report to Board in English orally. |
