1. To analyze and check the raw materials, intermediate and final products, in a thorough way and compare the results with the specifications.原料，半成品及成品的全检，按照规范比照检验结果 2. To identify the products and processes that are susceptible to be improved through a quality analysis. Make sure material nonconforming is isolated. 采用质量分析的方法确保产品的质量和工艺得到进一步的改进。确保不一致的物料的隔离 3. To cooperate with other departments in the analysis of the quality problems.协同其他相关部门分析出现的质量问题 4. To carry out the register and documentation of the control quality actions achieved, informing of its results and conclusions.完成质量控制行动方案的相关文件，在文件中标注结果及结论。 5. Should stop production line in case of quality issue risk如生产线产品的质量有问题，有权停止生产线 6. Joining in the all activities such as ACE, HSEQ raised by company参与公司各项持续改进的质量安全活动如：ACE、HSEQ等 7. Use calibrated measurement devices.使用校准测量仪器 |
