Job responsibilities /工作职责: 1. Employment /人事管理 Contracting management, include prepare and filing labor contract, review and update according to legal requirement and company policy; 人事合同管理,包括编制、归档、审核以及根据最新的法律要求和公司政策更新合同内容; In charge of applying Visa and working permits for local and foreign colleagues 为外国同事申请的签证和工作许可证,同时为国内同事申请签证。 Carry out the training activities, inlcude, supervise training application, contracting, schedule mornitoring, and certificate register, etc.; 组织开展培训工作,包括编制培训计划,检查培训申请,签订培训合同,培训进度监督,以及证书注册和记录等; Constantly inform and explain to employees all the necessary retail HR policies and related information; 负责向员工通知和解释具体的人事政策及其他相关信息。 Salary & Social Insurance /工资及社保 Salary and IIT calculating & declaration, checking employees' work time record, update or set up payroll & worktime software database; 工资及个人所得税的计算及申报,检查修正员工考勤纪录,建立并更新员工工资和考勤数据库; Social insurance and house fund calculating and declaration, such as employment registration/termination, personal files and social security and house fund a/c transfer and necessary documentation; 社保及住房公积金的计算及申报,包括用工注册、终止,处理相关人事文件,员工社保及公积金账户管理等; Prepare all the payment requisition by paper and online banking releted to salary & social insurance. 编制付款申请,以及网上银行的工资有关数据的处理。 2. administrative management / 行政管理 Arrange the Receptionist's work and car arrangement 协调安排前台工作及车辆调度; Arranging pick-up for clients 安排接待客户; Arranging flight schedules, hotels, etc. for the business trips of the company 为公司员工的商务差旅安排好飞机航班、酒店等 Arrange stationery for whole department acc. to demand, assist supervisor to monitor the office material budget 月度部门文具用品汇总申购,帮助部门经理做好成本监控 Arrange and prepare Foreign colleagues's apartment lease 负责外国同事的房屋租赁事宜。 |
