Analyze the data, take action when it is necessary - Responsible for establishing project quality document and implementation. - draw up the in-process inspection plan according to the drawing and specification - prepare for the first article to customer - Responsible for treating, analyzing, feedback, following up ,and closing the internal quality problem - Support on testing equipment maintenance and calibration - Support customer audit and 3rd party audit - Prepare for monthly product quality report - Production scraping material statistic and control. Quality cost report and control. - Manage all the document and record for in-process quality and maintain the document control system |
