工作描述: |
• Perform cashier work and be responsible for handling payment matters for our clients. • Independently prepare all required documents such as cheques and foreign currency conversion forms. • Maintain cash book and cheques register as per company internal procedure for assigned clients. • Carry the overall responsibility for financial control, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. • Assistance in banking and treasury matters to support engagement team. • Maintain good working relationships with banks. • Lead all in-country Finance and Tax personnel in securing the integrity of financial statements and reporting under both International and Local statutory accounting. • Provide support in securing financial and business controls, operations analysis and decision support, financial information production and analysis, internal and external audit coordination to the achievement of the company’s business objectives. • Ensure internal control process to reduce financial and management risk; • Manage the relationship with compliance authorities including Tax Authority, State Administration of Foreign Exchange Control, Statistics Bureau, and the company’s external auditor, etc. • Maintain the relationship with local banks and ensure the banking payment process works and meets internal control requirement. • Supervision on all office daily administrative issue, including communication, checking on work attendance and visitor reception, organizing the office, equipment, materials as well as other office environmental arrangements. • Deal with HR agent for HR related administrative issue, supervision on HR matters. • Responsible for the IT implementation and management. • Responsible for all export and import related affair. • Support in project bidding process and project cost calculation. • Booking and distributing stationery. • Handling incoming phone calls & general enquires at the reception counter. • Receive/ send faxes, emails, EMS, parcel. • Flight and hotel booking. • Handle Visitor’s reception & registration. • Assist the general security of office area, especially for the front office area. • Other tasks if needed |
