Main responsibilities 1.Dealing with oversea orders, sample orders, after sales orders, 海外订单、样品订单、售后订单维护和处理 2.Relevant billings in SAP, checking delivery quantity with customer and applying for VAT invoice issue to Finance Department for domestic business. SAP系统相关账单的跟踪处理，与客户确认发货数量并向财务部门申请开票事宜 3.Provide an appropriate delivery date to our customer in time and keep tracking the delivery. 及时向客户提供送货时间并确保产品及时交付 4.Tracking payment for oversea orders ,sample orders and after sales orders 跟进海外订单、样品订单、售后订单的付款情况 5.Customer satisfaction&service rate maintenance 客户服务满意度维护 6.Maintain the pirces, part number and material in time in SAP at sample phase 样品开发阶段，在SAP中及时维护产品价格、零件号和物料等 7.Assist Key Account Manager in PDM data maintaining work. 协助大客户经理进行PDM中数据维护工作 8.Coordinate the customer complaint 协调客诉 9.Good internal coordination with all department 与各部门间良好的内部协作 |

Requirements to candidates: 1.Colleague education or above 专科以上学历 2.At least 1 years relevant work experience, automotive industry experience 至少1年以上相关工作经验, 汽车制造业经验 3.Be familiar with SAP SD module (like creating/revising/deleting SO and billings) and experience of using SAP at least for one year 熟悉SAP的SD模块（如创建/修改/删除SO和账单）并且至少有一年SAP的操作经验 4.Good communication and coordination ability 优秀的沟通能力及协调能力 5.Good English in speaking & written, can easily communicate with customers and FTE colleagues at different offices and plants abroad as well 英语流利,可与客户、FTE各地的同事进行无障碍沟通 6.Good computer skills 电脑操作佳 7.Sence of responsibility, deligence and good team work spirit 具有责任感、敬业和良好的团队精神 |
