产品：汽车执行器-微型电机 key-point： 负责对接公司汽车执行器中的微型电机项目（电机+ ECU），电子/电器设计； 工作职责： 1.负责研发项目研发工作,按时按质完成研发项目中分配的任务 Responsible for research and development work on R&D project, ensure assigned tasks accomplish on time with good quality 2.根据项目技术要求和设计方案，提供电机解决方案，编写电机技术要求，完成电机设计和测试计划。解决测试过程中出现的技术问题。 According to the project requirements and solution, providing motor solutions, prepare motor specification, test plans.Complete motor design and test plan. Solve technical problems in verification test. 3.协助项目团队解决与电机相关的其他技术问题。 Support project team solve other motor-related technical problems. 4.负责产品的结构设计 Responsible for product mechanical design. 5.负责概念验证实验设计,样品的制作和测试，确保方案符合项目技术要求 Responsible for concept verification, prototype making and testing, ensure the solution meet the project technical requirements 6.依照流程,使用6 Sigma工具分析问题,解决问题 Using 6 sigma tools to analyze and solve problems according to procedure 7.在相关技术领域有所创新 Innovate in relevant technology area 8.为现有产品的持续改进、精益生产的提供及时有效技术支持 Provide effectively technical support for existed product lean and continue improvement in timely manaer 9.协助领导指导技术员,助理工程师工作,协助其完成任务 Assist leader coach others, support them finish their tasks 任职资格： ◆学历要求：Education Required" 机械类,机电一体化或电机本科或以上学历 Mechanical engineering,mechatronics or motor engineering bachelor degree or above" ◆经验要求 Experience Requirement " 5年以上新产品,技术开发工作经验。 Over 5 years experience in new product & technology development." ◆技能要求 Skill Requirement " 1具备良好的技术研究,新产品开发和6 sigma绿带的知识和经验 Good knowledge and experience in technology research and new product development as well as 6 sigma GB 2.熟悉研发流程和ISO9001/IATF16949 Familiar with R&D procedure, ISO9001/IATF16949 3.熟悉电机设计理论，相关法律法规，标准和认证要求。 Familiar with motor design knowledge, relevant laws, regulations, standards and certification requirements. 4.掌握直流电机的电磁方案和结构设计,熟悉电机关键料特性及工艺，电机的零件设计和装配工艺。 Master DC motor electromagnetic and mechanical design. Familiar with motor key material properties and manufacture process, components design and assembly process. 5.具有良好的塑料,金属,陶瓷等材料及加工工艺知识和经验,尤其在精密注塑零件的设计,模具和成型工艺领域 Good knowledge and experience on plastic, metal, ceramic materials and process , especially in precision injection molded part design, mold and molding area 6.熟练使用设计绘图软件,如AutoCAD,ProE,CATIA等 Proficient in using drawing software , such as AutoCAD, ProE, CATIA,, etc. 7.熟练使用Microsoft office software Familar with Microsoft Office software 8.有较强的创造力和问题解决能力 With innovation and problem solving capacbility 9.良好的时间观念和计划能力 Good sense of time and planning skill 10.优秀的执行力 Excellent executive ability 11.良好的沟通能力, 能够与团队和其他部门较融洽的协同工作 Good communication skills, to cooperate with the team and other departments more harmonious 12.英语口语良好,书面表达能力强 Fluent written and oral in English" ◆ 性格要求 "诚实可靠,乐观向上 Honest, optimistic 工作认真严谨,有强烈的责任心 Conscientious and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility 能够在较大压力下独立的工作 Able to work independently under high pressure" 工作地址 太仓市广州东路9号 |
