| 工作描述： |
岗位职责： 1. Responsible for handling customer complaints, lead and drive team for root cause analysis and permanent actions taken, and prepare 8D reports to respond to customer; 2. Follow up and validate the effectiveness of 8D reports until they are completely closed. 3. Manage and lead to handle customer returned nonconforming parts; 4. Lead the handling of the quality issues exist in installation and SAT; 5. Quick respond to customer’s voice and other concerns for Gurit; 6. Visit customers, gather, manage and handle customer’s feedback on the moulds quality, maintain a good relationship with customer; 7. Monthly statistics and analysis of customer’s nonconformity data; 8. Involve in processes from mould kick off to mould sent out. Coordinate with cross-function team and lead the team to continually improve mould quality; 9. Assistant Project and QS with customer’s quality audit. 10. Other jobs assigned by Dept. head. 任职要求： Have strong quality awareness and clear quality logic. Thorough understanding of requirements associated with the ISO 9001 quality standard. Must have a very good skills and experience about problem solving Communication skill, leadership ability to drive all actions, high sense of responsibility to achieve the goal, customer management skill, analysis skill, result oriented. Have a thorough understanding of G8D, CP, FMEA, Pareto, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, DOE , cause and effect diagrams, methodology. Be good at MS. Dare to make difficult decisions when needed; Hold high performance standard for self. Be able to work well in group problem solving situations, and contribute to building a positive team. Be objective and open to others' views, focuse on solving conflict; Good listening and clarification skill; speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Constantly challenge the status to create positive changes. Good presentation skill and communication skill both in Chinese and English. |
