Assist with the manager for process specifications, Real time optimization of the process to improve the efficiency and productivity 协助部门经理对设备、设施的运行进行优化，提高效率及减小故障率。 Liaise with maintenance guys from Bristol to keep the equipment in same condition. 与总部设备维修人员沟通，确保设备正常运行。 Participate in all the equipment’s maintenance/ PM to keep the products are all good. 参与生产设备的维修、维护及保养，确保产品质量合格。 Assist warehouse department to set the spare parts' safety-stock rate about the electrical parts. 协助仓库部门建立关于电气方面的备件最小库存量。 Involve the material & equipment supplier evaluation to ensure they meet required specification 参与备件及设备供应商评估，确保其满足产品规范要求。 To raise all the mechanic maintenance skill. 提升本部门维修人员的技能，以减少设备的停机时间及增加设备维修间隔时间。 |
