I BROAD FUNCTION Describe the position’s basic objective and scope • Provides product or service information to the whole team (internal) • Handle administration of the CS department, II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary) Customer visit preparation and coordination Review customer master data, material master data All new embossing roller purchasing application TVK checking and apply if necessary All new FS materials created in RBP system ,also apply maintaining in SAP Follow up the transport quotation with express /transport company for sales team/Oversea customer to make decision Payment application to forwarder that not entrusted by REHAU Cooperate with logistic for the DO receipt, assist to do the trouble shooting between CCS & LC Contract upload to Spider system PTO application to production for FS team Assist to prepare the bidding information to sales, print and copy, stamp and courier, assist CCS to prepare shipping documents/labels/ contract to customer/sales Assist to courier invoices to customers Assist to admin work of CCS team |
