工作描述: |
1. To deal with supplier-related problems that come up during the plant’s quality meetings and solve them. 2. To deal with the needs of other quality department services, in order to work in a coordinated manner. 3. To communicate with the affected supplier, demanding restricting and corrective/preventive measures using 8D. 4. To make sure that the supplier takes the necessary restricting measures, calling him/her to plan meetings when demand suitable 5. To ensure that rejected material is selected by the supplier or external company and that non compliant material is physically isolated. 6. To check the efficiency of the actions taken by the supplier. 7. To inform the supplier of the charges against him, once decided by the plant using the decision-making mechanisms at their disposal. 8. To visit the supplier, though there is no obligation to do so systematically, or to audit processes and/or systems. 9. To calculate the ICP (Quality Index) for monthly reports to the quality manager and the Corporate STA. 10. To supervise the work of inspection and verification personnel. 11. To analyze the needs for means of measurement in accordance with the control plans for each part. 12. To stay directly in touch with the divisional STA group to report repetitive problems with a supplier in spite of the received 8Ds 13. To stay directly in touch with the corporate STA to standardize technical audit criteria and supplier performance follow-up systems. 14. To participate in preparing customer visits and preparing visits to customers within the assigned areas, according to the customer visit coordinator. 15. To participate in preparing third-party audits, specifically in the tasks entrusted to him/her by the system audit coordinator: Quality Assurance Engineer. 16. To propose and implement improvements in order to prepare an annual improvement plan based on the customer’s problem log, potential problems and any future needs detected. 17. Establish MSA for devices for incoming receiving 18. Involving all activities such as ACE, HSEQ raised by company 19. To manage the incoming department. |
