Steelwrist is today the fastest growing company in the world that provide advanced technology for improving excavator efficiency. Steelwrist现在正在为中国团队寻找一位服务工程师，以继续推动市场增长。 工作职责 1. 终端客户/代理商现场安装调试挖掘机液压手腕/全自动快换及相应属具 2. 产品使用及保养现场培训 3. 售后服务，现场服务技术支持, 索赔及备件管理 4. 其它 工作地点及其它：江苏太仓，出差频率：30% 任职要求： 1. 6年以上工程机械行业售后或技术类工作经验，有实际动手维修经验，挖掘机相关，能操作挖掘机更佳。 2. 积极上进，沟通能力强。 3. 本科及以上学历，英语要求读写能力，可邮件沟通， Title: Service Technician Responsibility 1. Provide field installation of Excavator Tiltrotator and Automatic Quick Coupler for end customer and dealer. 2. Conduct related installation and technical training to dealer 3. Aftermarket technical support, claim/spare parts… 4. others Competence requirements: 1. Over 6 years aftermarket and technical related experience in Construction Equipment related. Must have hands on experience, Excavator preferred. 2. Active, enthusiastic and passional, good communication skills 3. Techincal college or Bachelor degree, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic related major.
