| 工作描述： |
- Technical support and training for customers; 为客户提供技术支持及培训； - Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem; 负责协调并推进质量缺陷的改善； - Set up and keep effective communication with headquarters; 与德国总部保持有效沟通； - Organization and management of the after sales service cases tasks across the departments (e.g. technical department, quality, procurement); 与销售、技术、质量部门保持良好的合作； - Improve warranty procedures & claim management system，implement them within the organization; 完善索赔保修管理程序，并确保其在组织内部的实施； - Enable a database service, improve the service system; 启用售后服务数据库，完善售后服务体系； - Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance; 负责售后部门数据库及Baan系统的操作和维护； - Coordinate after-sales technican daily scheduling; 协调售后服务专员的日常调度； - Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools; 创建和维护备件清单，售后工具的维护； - Write service reports ; 提交售后服务报告； - Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上级交办的其他工作。 |
